Sugar-Free Cinnamon Banana Pancakes

Cinnamon spice is used in the most delicious and healthful pancakes. They also have the advantage of not containing sugar yet containing a lot of sweetness! Waffles and pancakes are my favorite breakfast foods, but waffles and pancakes with fruits are even better. They're wonderful, and they're more nutritious than normal pancakes and waffles when topped with fruit.

Making pancakes with bananas is something I've been doing for years and I not only enjoy the taste, but it's also an excellent method to add a new source of fruit to my diet. Pancakes come in various flavors. You can also search online for the best Chinese pancakes.

I also have a massive sweet tooth, and I've discovered ways to satisfy my craving without putting any more sugar processed into my body. This means that these are healthy pancakes or waffles that are packed with delicious flavor!

Serves 4 people – based on how big you cook your pancakes or waffles.

To begin, take out a large bowl, and mix:

1 3/4 C of flour

2 T Splenda

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tsp of cinnamon

Each one is mixed in your favorite kitchen appliance, a Chopper Salsa Maker or a Hand Blender. If you don't have one, mash it up with a potato masher or a big spoon, or simply smash it all together with clean hands.

Serve with margarine or butter warming sugar-free syrup that is sugar-free, jam apple sauce that is not sweetened, peanut butter or non-fat whipped cream all them, or anything else you'd like!
